Adele Silva fears she would "kill herself" if she took part in 'The Jump.
The former 'Emmerdale' actress - who has 16-month-old daughter Sienna with partner Oliver Farber - is preparing to return to work after Christmas, and while she is open to "anything and everything", she insists she has no desire to take part in the winter sports show.
The last series of 'The Jump' saw a staggering seven celebrities, including Olympic sprinter Linford Christie, actress Tina Hobley, and gymnast Beth Tweddle, withdraw due to injury and Adele thinks the risks are too great.
Speaking at the Disney Store's VIP Christmas party in London on Wednesday (09.11.16), she told BANG Showbiz: "I'm starting back after Christmas, I took some time off because I went back to work [on 'Hollyoaks'] when [my daughter] was eight weeks old, so when I finished that I wanted to spend some time not stressing.
"I don't know what I'll do, auditioning and seeing what else is out there.
"I'll do anything and everything.
"Well, maybe not The Jump. They're not doing it again are they? I'd be the person who broke my leg. I'd probably kill myself, I'd be that one. It's terrible isn't it?
"Listen, if Olympians get injured doing that then I definitely would. I'd be like Bambi on ice."
Adele had a guest role in 'Hollyoaks' last year and would be open to a return as Angela Brown, who was left disappointed when her young relative Peri Lomax decided against allowing her and her husband to adopt her baby at the last minute.
Asked if she'd go back to 'Hollyoaks', she said: "I wouldn't rule it out, the character is still alive."
Disney Store's Christmas campaign 'From Our Family to Yours' partners with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity and In Kind Direct to donate soft toys to thousands of children. To get involved, post your own Letter to Santa at Disney Stores across the country.
