Adam Richman ate moose lasagne for a brand new television series.
The 'Man v. Food' star is no stranger to eating extreme meals but while filming his latest Food Network series, 'Fandemonium', he got to sample some new, more unusual recipes including a twist on the old Italian favourite.
Adam toured across North America to find the wildest super fan gatherings from Florida to Alaska. He describes his latest show as a celebration of the fan, their traditions, and culture.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "These are people that are everyday people and their passion has sustained them for decades and despite what they may or may not earn, give countless amounts of time, money and energy and service of something larger than themselves."
Unlike his previous shows, 'Fandemonium' is not just about the food as it shows Adam immersing himself into different cultures and taking part in extreme events while connecting with the passionate and dedicated fans he meets along the way.
He explained: "There was an event that I was actually dreading at first called Arctic Man and it's literally in the middle of nowhere Alaska. They call it Burning Man's cold ass cousin but it's dangerous ... someone actually dies just about every year there. But it's so remarkable and so amazing because here is this event that I have no connection to and I know I'm going to be coming back."
During his visit to London, Adam took part in the Better Bankside Pancake Day race in south London on Tuesday (04.03.14).
'Adam Richman's Fandemonium' begins 7 March at 9pm on Food Network.
