Two And A Half Men has hit the headlines once again for all the wrong reasons, as one of its stars has pleaded with viewers to stop watching the show after describing the show as ‘filth’.
In a series of videos for the Forerunner Christian Church, Angus T Jones, who plays the eponymous half man (well, used to anyway) decried the show that he’s been a part of since the age of ten and reportedly earns $350,000 per episode of the sitcom.
He asked viewers to not watch the comedy, saying; “If you’re watching Two And A Half Men, please stop watching [the show]. I’m on Two And A Half Men, and I don’t want to be on it. Please stop filling your head with filth.”
He also said that his character Jake “Means nothing, he’s a non-existent character.”
He later added that “You cannot be a true God-fearing person and be on a show like Two And A Half Men”
This is the second of the original three main cast members to speak out against the Chuck Lorre comedy, after Charlie Sheen’s high profile bust-up with the show’s creators lead to him leaving the show and current star Ashton Kutcher coming in.
