Mick Jagger's ex-wife Jerry Hall is dating former American Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe, according to reports.
The model, who divorced Jagger in 1999 and has four children with the rocker, has been friends with Lythgoe for several years but their relationship is now said to have blossomed into a romance.
A source tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "They have been pals for a long time. But it's blossomed into something much more. They kept bumping into each other at various functions around London over the last year and always ended up making a beeline for each other. One thing led to another and they started dating in October.
Both have been unattached for some time. Neither were looking for love, but it found them anyway. They're a great couple and gloriously happy."
Hall was previously engaged to rocker Bryan Ferry, before dumping him for Jagger in 1977.
