BBC One have unveiled some brand new photographs from their adaptation of JK Rowling's best-selling 2012 adult novel The Casual Vacancy.
Co-produced by BBC One and HBO, a range of characters from the pages are brought to life by actors including Michael Gambon, Keeley Hawes and Julia McKenzie.
Keeley Forsyth, Rory Kinnear, Monica Dola and Rufus Jones are all also starring in the adaptation.
Set in the traditional English village of Pagford, some problems are being kept behind locked doors and behind the town's pretty exterior.
Sarah Phelps adapts the novel for television with In The Flesh's Jonny Campbell on-board as director.
The Casual Vacancy will air on BBC One next year.
