There were some ugly scenes at this weekend's Miss Universe 2015, as host Steve Harvey named the wrong person as the winner of the grand prize at the annual extravaganza.
Colombia's Ariadna Gutierrez Arevalo had already been crowned and stood on the stage, taking in the wealth of cheers from the crowd with her crown sat firmly on her head, before Harvey returned to announce his mistake.
"OK, folks, um, I have to apologise. The first runner-up is Colombia. Miss Universe 2015 is Philippines."
Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach was then brought onto the stage slowly, and for a few moments the women stood side by side before Harvey explained the problem, and the mistake being his responsibility.
