Mick Foley and Daniel Bryan become General Managers of WWE Raw and SmackDown

Mick Foley is finally back where he belongs with the WWE, having being named the General Manager of WWE Raw by Stephanie McMahon.

Shane McMahon, who is now in charge of running SmackDown countered Stephanie's move with a big one of his own, bringing in Daniel Bryan to be the General Manager of that brand.

With the brand split now truly underway, tonight (July 19) will see the first ever edition of live SmackDown, featuring the draft picks from both Foley and Bryan.

WWE also announced that a new cruiserweight division would be coming to the company, but it would be something that remained exclusive to Raw.

Those in the UK will be able to watch the first ever edition of SmackDown Live when it airs Wednesday, July 20 at 1am on Sky Sports 5.
