After surviving another round of eliminations, the remaining wooers realize just how close they are to getting A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila. They have been handpicked by Tila to stay in her lavish mansion, and the group is truly grateful. But there's little time to count their blessings, as they get a message from Tila telling them to grab their tank tops and head out to the backyard. It's time for the first annual bi-athalon! Dressed in a skimpy referee uniform, Tila is outside standing in front of a huge obstacle course. The two sexes must duke it out by blowing up tiny Tila dolls, running through a bunch of tires, crawling under an army net, digging through a sandbox to find a necklace and then climbing over an inflatable wall. The first team to get all their players across the finish line wins A Shot at Love. May the better sex win! When the horn blows, Michael B. and Ashli are up. The girls get off to a slow start as Ashli takes her time blowing up the doll, letting the guys take an early lead. But the men lose steam when Domenico can't quite get over the inflatable wall, allowing the girls to catch up. Neck and neck, the guys pull ahead again ... until it's Ryan's turn. As he fumbles around in the sand looking for the necklace, a determined Dani takes the lead and wins the competition for the girls. Better luck next time, guys. After their big win, the triumphant ladies are told they must choose between Heaven or Hell. Naturally, they choose Heaven, leaving the losers in Hell. As the girls get "hotted up" in sexy angel outfits, the guys are kicking themselves over losing the competition to a bunch of lesbians. When the girls head over to "Heaven," an all-white mansion, there are doves, a raw bar, a giant pool and Tila, lounging around in an itty-bitty angel costume. One by one, Tila meets with all the girls for their "seven minutes in Heaven." When Sara tells Tila that she likes spending every single night at home with her girlfriend, Tila gets a little turned off. Then, when Tila and Dani hang out, Tila realizes that butch Dani isn't dressed up in the sexy angel outfit Tila left for her. Instead Dani is donning a white button-down shirt and khakis, saying "this is who I am." Finally, when it's Brandi's turn to step up, Heaven quickly turns into Hell when she accidentally steps on a lizard. Totally freaked out, Tila runs off and Brandi starts crying, upset that she killed the poor creature and didn't get her seven minutes in Heaven. That evening, back at her mansion, Tila tells the men it's time to go to "Hell." Dressed as a red-hot dominatrix, Tila takes them into the basement and reveals a secret room -- a dungeon! Inside, Tila cracks the whip -- literally -- commanding the men to put leather cuffs on. When Ashley starts chuckling, amused by the whole situation, Tila bends him over and spanks him. He seems to enjoy it, claiming pain is only temporary while love is forever. Tila then chains up Domenico and tickles him, causing him to flail around. Then she drips hot wax on Ryan's bare chest and nether regions. That's gotta hurt! After torturing the guys in Hell, Tila makes it up to them by giving them all a little one on one time. First up is Ashley, who whispers sweet nothings in her ear and tells her he's fallen madly in love with her. Running her fingers across his chest, she tells him she never wants to break his heart. But his seriousness scares her a bit, and she decides that something is "off" with him.
The next day Tila tells her Shot at Love suitors that she wants each of them to give her a five-minute massage. During that time they'll have to show Tila that they really know how to use their hands, as well as their hearts. As each person steps up, the rest of the group looks on ? and some of them can't handle it. While watching everyone else give Tila a rub down, Amanda's eyes tear up and Ashley sits fuming about seeing other men's hands on his lady, saying he wants to punch someone.
After the parade of pressing fingers comes to an end, Tila thinks Ryan and Brandi deserve an intimate evening with her in the hot tub. As the winners leave, the remaining suitors are visibly upset. Is it possible that everyone in the house is falling head over heels for Tila Tequila?
In the grotto, Tila shares some drinks and a few kisses with Brandi and Ryan. Brandi is excited that she is getting a second chance after her not-so-heavenly experience and Tila explains why she's having such a hard time deciding between the two sexes.
Nighttime rolls around, meaning only one thing: time for another round of eliminations. And this time two will leave.
As Tila announces who will surely stay -- Ryan, Amanda, Ashli, Michael B., Domenico, Brandi, Vanessa and Steven -- she leaves four people hanging with only two keys left. Tensions build as Dani, Sara, Bobby and Ashley await their fate.
When Tila invites Dani to stay and step up her game for A Shot at Love, Sara knows it's her time to go. But things heat up when Tila chooses Bobby over Ashley. Furious about being rejected, Ashley refuses to leave quietly and starts freaking out on Tila.
With a crazy look in his eyes, Ashley starts pointing out everyone's flaws and telling Tila she's got it all wrong. When Bobby mutters something under his breath, Ashley lunges at him and puts him in a headlock. Michael B. tries to control the situation, but things get out of hand and Vanessa is knocked over in the melee. As a full-on brawl gets underway, MTV producers jump in to break it up and Ashley is dragged outside.
Even though Tila has made her decision, Ashley refuses to give up, saying she's picking the wrong guys. Locked outside, he starts screaming her name, banging on windows and throwing flower pots. With all the crying and carrying on, it looks like this self-proclaimed southern gentleman is actually just a big ol' nut, proving that Tila made the right decision.
After things settle down inside, Tila realizes that Bobby is missing and discovers that he was hurt during the fight. Tila calls an ambulance and heads to the hospital with him. Seeing Bobby in pain makes Tila realize that she's really starting to fall for him.
