Steven Spielberg is not content with being a cinema icon he is now branching out into the world of television sitcom.The movie mogul is the brains behind new 30-minute show The United States Of Tara. According to trade paper Daily Variety the sitcom will revolve around a married mother of two struggling with a multiple personality disorderBut this isn't the first time that Speilberg has tried his hand at television when he was executive producer for the 2001 war series Band of Brothers which followed the experiences during the Second World War of US Army 101st airborne division. A year later he had a hand in sci-fi drama Taken a story spanning five decades, four generations and three families resulting in the birth of Allie Keys the final product of an alien experimentation. But Spielberg is better known for his cinamatic masterpieces such as ET, Saving Private Ryan and Minority Report.
