Claudia Bassols Joins Paltrow For Cooking Road TripActress Claudia Bassols has signed on to join Gwyneth Paltrow and celebrity chef Mario Batali on their culinary tour of her native Spain.The trio will team up with New York Times food columnist Mark Bittman for a new 13-part TV series, called Spain... On The Road Again.Paltrow, who spent her childhood summers living with a rural family in the country, will lead the cooking and travel show, which starts shooting on Wednesday (03Oct07).The Oscar winner, Bassols, Batali and Bittman will take it in turns to play filmmaker as they travel through Spain, cooking up local delicacies and visiting sites of interest.The series will air in America next year (08).
