With the new summer series of Celebrity Big Brother right around the corner, we've decided to take a look at the five best stars from the show who have managed to keep us wildly entertained during their respective series.
5) Katie Price
Good triumphed over not so good this January when Katie Price beat Katie Hopkins to the latest Celebrity Big Brother win. Her entrance halfway through the series saw her squealed at by the hilarious Michelle Visage - "It's Katie Price!" - all whilst everyone was supposed to remain frozen. The pair got on well, but their chance at bonding was at least to the viewers not shown all that much and hindered by the friendship Visage shared with Hopkins.
Sharing a LOT of information about her string of high profile celebrity relationships, Pricey actually delivered on the promise producers give us time and time again when they book big tabloid names and stood up to the people in the house who THOUGHT they ran the series.
Picking up the win was a major highpoint for the Pricey and we'll now never be hugely disappointed after being promised her for weeks on end before a Celebrity series, ever again. Lindsay Lohan will now take that slot.
4) Carol McGiffin
Walking in to many as 'just another Loose Woman', Carol proved that whilst she may not be the nicest person after a glass of wine, she was hugely entertaining and brilliant value for money.
Scheming and manipulative, she had no problem in telling those she didn't like exactly that, a precious moment of her time in the house being when she muttered in her sleep that the housemates should get together and nominate Vicky Entwistle. The pair didn't always get along, but Carol never banked on giving away her secrets whilst unconscious to the world... A brilliant moment for Channel 5 and one that should go down in history.
3) Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag AKA Speidi
Taking up a huge portion of airtime during their time in the show, Spencer and Heidi were walking into the house as villains and we just couldn't wait to see what they had to offer. Acting on-form completely throughout, they had their blow-ups, bust-ups and managed to charge right through into the runner-up position, before being beaten out to the title by Rylan Clark. Though we know they were playing the game from the off, they were potentially the first housemates ever to do so with the public fully in on the joke.
2) Lauren Harries
Lauren was a woman many had wanted to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house for some time, and so when she finally did so - properly with her cake - it was something to be remembered. She'd been waiting for the call for years and so when she finally got it, she wasn't going to let it slip her by.
With her unique sense of style and compelling personality, she managed to embed herself within a heartwarming friendship with Courtney Stodden which was close to spawning a spin-off reality series about the pair's friendship.
Alas it was never meant to be, but we still have the greatness of her time in CBB to fall back on. Though she was an early favourite the competition proved to be too much, and Lauren left the house in third place.
1) Jackie Stallone
Though she was planted in the house solely with the mission of antagonising vulnerable original housemate Brigitte Nielsen - which we'd be against in any series (see Marc with Jade in this year's civilian outing) - we loved Jackie from the moment she pulled up outside the compound, oblivious to what was going to hit her on the other end. Expecting chandeliers and grandeur, she instead got a load of relatively unknown Z-listers. She wanted some of the smartest people in Britain, and was instead given a mute John McCririck. Seeing her enter and watching the others squirm in their medieval costumes was pure brilliance, and her first two words muttered, 'yeah, Jackie' have gone down in history.
For her five days in the house Jackie decided to make sure she had as peaceful a journey as possible, bossing her fellow housemates around and asking them to do chores for her because she simply couldn't be bothered. She believed she was walking into a very different series, and ended up leaving a life of luxury for something that really didn't appeal to her one bit.
Memorable moments in the house following on from 'yeah, Jackie', include her mending fences with Brigitte after blaming a tabloid story she allegedly sold on her son Sylvester Stallon, her nomination for Bez because of his bad teeth, making Jeremy scream when he saw her in the bathroom, fighting with John and many, many more.
Jackie has in no small part left behind a legacy that cannot be touched. She IS Celebrity Big Brother.
