Ahead of the return of Netflix original series Marvel's Daredevil, the streaming service have this week unleashed seven brand new first look images from the second season of the show, giving us a glimpse at the heroic Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) and his fellow characters, including fan favourite Frank Castle, AKA The Punisher (Jon Bernthal).

Blinded as a young boy, Murdock was imbued with extraordinary senses which now help him fight injustice not only by day as a lawyer, but by night as the superhero Daredevil in modern day Hell's Kitchen, New York City.
Viewers were at the back end of last year introduced to Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), and though Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson) crossed over into Jessica's series after debuting in Daredevil's first season, it's unclear whether or not Jessica or characters from her series will be making an appearance here.
Those we know will be showing up include Elektra (Elodie Yung), Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll), Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson), Claire Temple and Stick (Scott Glenn).
Daredevil season two comes to Netflix on March 18 at 12:01am PT globally, with the first season and Jessica Jones season one available now.
