WWE have today (April 13) confirmed the death of ECW legend Balls Mahoney, real name Jonathan Rechner, with the athlete passing away on Tuesday April 12.

Born in New Jersey, the wrestler was well known throughout the late 90s and early 2000s for his competitive style in the ring and is survived by his wife and young son.
