His estranged brother Arcas (Will Merrick) is back on the scene, and joins the usual crew in their mission to transport some valuable goods across the desert.
After our usual heroes - Pythagoras alongside Jason (Jack Donnelly) and Hercules (Mark Addy) - spend the night in a temple of 'The Furies', their trip takes the standard turn for the worst and a dark secret comes close to being exposed.
New characters Nilas (Darren Morfitt), Baucis (Hasina Haque), Philemon (James Rastall) and Otus (Ryan Oliva) also make their debut appearances throughout the episode.
