There are so many beauty products on the high street inspired by ingredients from faraway places - here are five of our favourites.
1. Essence of Morocco® Organic and Pure Nourishing Facial Argan Oil
Argan oil has been used for centuries by Moroccan women for its unique skincare properties and now the Essence of Morocco® Organic and Pure Nourishing Facial Argan Oil, is bringing all of these qualities packed into one easy bottle that is perfect to carry in your bag.
Extracted from the finest quality, non-toasted kernels of the Moroccan Argan tree, this facial oil is like pearly softness to your skin. It has nothing in it but Argan oil, a famous Moroccan ingredient, and is naturally lightly scented and not deodorised. The oil is non-greasy and is rapidly absorbed – something I can vouch for after testing it for a week. It’s best to apply the oil in small amounts and in circular motions on your face and neck; the key is to take your time rubbing the oil into your face, to gain the best results.
For me, the oil instantly awoke my tired skin, drew out a natural glow and brightened up my complexion over the few days I’ve been using it. It helps that the oil is rich in vitamin E and antioxidants, as this keeps skin nourished, hydrated and protected throughout the day.
