YouTube has suspended Donald Trump's account for a minimum of seven days.

The Google-owned video platform has "temporarily prevented" the outgoing US President's page from posting "new content" for at least a week after they ruled the channel broke its rules over the incitement of violence.
Google said in a statement: "After review, and in light of concerns about the ongoing potential for violence, we removed new content uploaded to Donald J Trump's channel for violating our policies.
"It now has its first strike and is temporarily prevented from uploading new content for a minimum of seven days.
"Given the ongoing concerns about violence, we will also be indefinitely disabling comments on President Trump's channel, as we've done to other channels where there are safety concerns found in the comments section."
Trump could face his page being closed if he falls foul of Google's three strikes policy.
He has already been suspended by Facebook and Instagram after the US Capitol building riot last week, with that ban remaining in place until at least the transition of power to President Elect Joe Biden on January 20.
Twitter has imposed a permanent ban, while Amazon's Twitch has disabled his profile and Snapchat has locked his account.
Meanwhile, Shopify, Pinterest, TikTok and Reddit have all taken steps to restrict content associated with Trump and his calls for the US election results to be challenged.
