Britain's Duchess of York is selling food blenders on QVC.
Sarah Ferguson worked for the US shopping channel promoting a blender and smoothies which reportedly helped her lose weight.
The 55-year-old former wife of Britain's Prince Andrew praised American people for allowing her to have a second chance with her daughter's, 27-year-old Princess Beatrice of York and 25-year-old, Princess Eugenie of York while she was live on TV.
She told viewers of QVC: "Americans have been so good to me. They helped me build my confidence. They gave my children their mother back because they believed in second chance(s).
"I've made a few mistakes, put on weight and done this, that and the other and now because of the American people, I wanted to be really honest with them.'
Sarah admitted it "broke [her] heart" because people used to call her names before she lost 50lbs from doing a three-month boot camp in the Swiss Alps.
She added: "No longer am I the Duchess of Pork ... or fat frumpy Fergie ... It broke my heart."
the Duchess of York is not the only partner of a royal to be working normal jobs.
Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter, Zara Phillips' husband and former rugby champion, Mike Tindall aired his anger towards people who think they live off tax payers money.
He previously told the Mirror newspaper: "It is important you go out and earn your own money. It annoys me when people think we get handed things on a plate, because we don't."
