Princess Madeleine and Chris O'Neill
Sweden's Princess Madeleine has married financier Chris O'Neill.
The couple exchanged their vows in the nation's capital Stockholm today (08.06.13) in front of 500 guests at the city's Royal Chapel.
She walked down the aisle in a stunning white silk gown with ivory-hued Chantilly lace, created by Italian designer Valentino Garavani.
The ceremony was part in Swedish and part in English, with the newly-weds due for a horse and carriage procession through the medieval town of Gamla Stan.
The so-called 'party princess' - who met the British businessman in New York two years ago - is the youngest child of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia.
Her sister Crown Princess Victoria married personal trainer Daniel Wesling in 2010 - although hers was seen as a bigger occasion due to Madeleine being forth in line to the throne.
Recently, the Swedish princess spoke of her delight at the wedding taking place at the Royal Palace.
She said: "This is something that makes me happy and that means a lot to me, because I was born and raised there."
Guests at the ceremony included the Earl and Countess of Wessex and Princess Charlene of Monaco.
