Britain's Prince Harry paid students at The Duke of York's Royal Military School a surprise visit on Monday (28.09.15).
Indeed, the students were so shocked that many at first refused to believe their visitor was the 31-year-old royal, who arrived to hand out medals to outstanding students.
Bradley Benhan, 14, told PEOPLE: "People behind me were asking who it was, and when I told them, they wouldn't believe me."
Sean Dunoo, 11, added: "I thought, 'Is that Prince Harry?' Then I asked my friend next to me and he said, 'Probably not.' But I said, 'Yes, it's him!'"
Harry was invited to the school by his friend Simon Daglish, co-founder of military charity Walking with the Wounded, whose son attends the establishment.
The prince used his visit to encourage the youngsters to consider the military as a career.
When Harry Hodson, 15, told him he was not planning to go into the military, Harry replied: "The Army's not for you? Let's talk about it."
The school, in Dover, Kent, is a state-run boarding institution which has a number of pupils from military families.
