Prince Harry has been snowed in at an Antarctic Camp.
The 29-year-old royal and his expedition members have been forced to stay in the safety of their accommodation, following a huge storm which threatens to delay their plans to reach the second camp base on their 200-mile-race to the South Pole.
The Walking With The Wounded South Pole Allied Challenge 2013 - of which Harry is patron - sees the participant's race in hostile conditions, but the storm means the Prince and his team have been unable to participate in some of the skiing exercises that helps them to acclimatise in the freezing temperatures of -10 C.
It's reported the teams from the UK, US and the Commonwealth have been resting and organising the kit they will take on the trek.
Harry landed in Antarctica last Friday(22.11.13), and said the freezing temperatures had brought back "bad memories" from his last expedition in the North Pole in 2011.
He told Sky News: "It's amazing how, in just six hours, your morale can go from pretty high, almost pouring over the edge, to rock bottom."
"The weather forecast was supposed to be alright, but it seems to be getting worse."
Harry will be joined on the trek by ex-service men and women, some of whom have overcome life changing injuries.
The group will travel between 9 and 12 miles a day in temperatures as low as -45C and 50mph winds, while pulling heavy sleds towards the South Pole.
