Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are "as good as engaged".

The flame-haired royal is reportedly waiting until the right moment to make a formal announcement of the couple's plan to marry each other.
A source told E! News: "While Meghan may not be wearing a ring or a formal engagement announced, it's fair to say they're as good as engaged now.
"They've spoken about their marriage plans openly with each other, and friends and family around them are pretty much thinking about wedding attire already!"
It comes after Harry and Meghan were spotted on their first public engagement together as they attended the Invictus Games in Toronto, Canada alongside each other.
Since Harry and Meghan started dating, the 'Suits' actress has been given round the clock security because of her high profile romance.
A resident living near Meghan revealed: "She [Meghan] hasn't been around much for the last few days - Friday night they were here. I tell you, when he's [Harry] here, the street is full of police and security people. They just go straight in and they don't come out."
Meanwhile, body language expert Dr. Lillian Glass previously revealed Harry is more "relaxed" with Meghan than he was with his previous girlfriends.
She said: "First of all, we've never seen Harry this relaxed with anybody. That's number one. Every girl he's been with, there's kind of been a distancing, an uptightness about him, a real formality. But with Meghan you really see there's a connection."
