Britain's Prince William has joked his young son George is outgrowing his clothes and has become "so big".
The tiny tot - who weighed 8 lbs 6 oz when he was born on July 22 this year - has been going through a growth spurt and is unlikely to fit into the special football kit he was given during an amateur Buckingham Palace football match on Monday (07.10.13).
In a video which aired during the Pride of Britain Awards last night (08.10.13), Prince William was seen receiving a miniature jersey for his young son, as well as one his own size.
Football coach June Kelly, who set up a youth team as an alternative to gangs, drugs and crime, presented the items to William, saying: "Obviously, I didn't want baby George to be left out, so I got [him] a little kit as well."
A wide-eyed William - who is President of the Football Association (FA) and an avid football fan - enthused: "Sweet! That is fantastic. He might only just fit in that. He's gotten so big recently."
The 31-year-old royal went on to intimate a chubby child, spreading his arms out and puffing up his cheeks while laughing, "He's all [big] like this!"
William was hosting an official game of football between two Sunday League amateur sides at Buckingham Palace in celebration of the FA's 150th anniversary, where he put his own soccer skills to the test during a practice kick-about coached by former Liverpool striker Michael Owen.
