Prince Charles

Prince Charles says his love of dance has rubbed off on his sons, Prince William and Prince Harry.

The Prince of Wales has revealed that both of his offspring enjoy hitting the dancefloor to shake what he gave them, showing off their rhythmic skills.

In 1974, a 26-year-old Charles declared to Australia's Women's Weekly magazine he loved throwing shapes, saying: "If I hear rhythmic music, I just want to get up and dance."

In a recent interview with the magazine, the prince was quizzed if he still has his enthusiasm for dance and responded: "Perhaps it's slightly less becoming once you get to my age.

"I think given half a chance though, the old one-two and the two-step can come in handy. I'm glad to say that both my sons have inherited it, I think.

"They're very good. They do make me laugh when they get going."

The 64-year-old royal and his wife Duchess Camilla are both huge fans of dancing and have previously declared their love for BBC reality competition, 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

Presenter Tess Daly revealed in 2009: ''Camilla told me she and Charles were always phoning up to vote for Rachel Stevens in the last series. I love the fact that the royal family are at home not just watching but ringing up to vote."
