Britain's Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall will end their tour of Canada today (21.05.14).
The Prince of Wales and Duchess Camilla will bring their whirlwind four-day visit to Canada today (21.05.14) with separate appearances in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Prince Charles is scheduled to feed a polar bear at the Winnipeg Zoo before speaking at a ceremony celebrating the region's aerospace industry, where Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper will join him, while Camilla will tour the Royal Winnipeg Ballet.
The royal couple arrived in Canada on Sunday evening (18.05.14) and have visited a number of towns across the eastern region including Nova Scotia, Manitoba and Ontario during their visit.
There had been fears in recent weeks that the long-scheduled tour may not have gone ahead following the death of Duchess Camilla's brother Mark Shand last month.
The travel writer and conservationist passed away after suffering a head injury after he fell and hit his head at a hotel in New York after hosting a charity auction.
Camilla and Charles will depart Canada from the 17 Wing Canadian Forces base in Winnipeg tonight (21.05.14).
