Prince Albert of Monaco has shared parenting tips for George Clooney.
The 'Oceans Eleven' actor is due to welcome twins with his wife Amal later this year, and the 59-year-old royal - who has two-year-old twins Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques with his wife Princess Charlene - has revealed the secret to successfully parenting twins is to have "a good cup of coffee".
He said: "Strong coffee and easy reading. George should pour himself a good cup of coffee each morning. I know that sounds pretty standard but it's really, really important."
And Prince Albert also recommends the father-to-be reads up on his role before the birth, citing Joe Rawlinson's 'A Dad's Guide To Twins' as "really helpful" reading material.
He added: "There's actually a very good little book on being the father of twins. [The book] was really helpful. It has some sound advice and is pretty easy to read."
The Prince went on to highlight the importance of sleep, and says that even two years on from their birth, there are still nights when his twins keep him awake.
He said: "[George should get] some sleep stored away before the babies are born.
"Fortunately for Charlene and for me, that was never really an issue. Gabriella and Jacques were relatively good sleepers from the start. Of course, there were - still are - nights where they have to be in the bedroom with us.
"I know it seems very common sense, but having a separate room - in our case a nursery - or even a separate area prepared makes it easier for both parents to get some sleep in turns."
And Albert insists he had no difficulty telling his children apart when they were younger, and says it's "less of an issue" than people might think.
He told People magazine: "That's actually less of an issue than you might think. They're different from one another, they move differently -- and in our case, Jacques was much smaller than his sister when they were born, it was pretty easy to pick him out."
