Britain's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge supported World Mental Health Day on Saturday (10.10.15).
Prince William and Duchess Catherine met with volunteers from the organisation Mind - who are working on an anti-stigma campaign titled Time to Change - at Harrow College in north London.
The couple - who have son Prince George and daughter Princess Charlotte together - learnt about the new Mindkit project which is being delivered across London to educate young people about mental health during their visit.
They were also given an introduction to the Time to Change campaign, which is aiming to break down the stigma of speaking about mental health issues.
Duchess Catherine - who is patron of a number of children's charities including student counselling organisation Place2BE - previously showed her support for Children's Mental Health Week earlier this year and urged parents and teachers to speak to youngsters about these issues.
Meanwhile, Mind's chief executive officer Paul Farmer spoke of his appreciation of their latest patronage.
He said: "By putting a spotlight on mental health, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are helping us to send an important and urgent message to the world that it is time to change our attitudes about mental health problems.
"For too long mental health has been something that families did not speak about, that schools did not know how to address and workplaces would ignore. This silence or ignorance leaves people living with mental health problems alone, afraid and without the help and support that they need. We cannot let this continue."
