The 34-year-old star, who is expecting a baby girl with her husband, is enjoying the "perfect" holiday before the arrival of their first child later this year.
The former wrestler proudly showed off her pregnancy beach body in a black string bikini in a photograph on Instagram on Saturday (24.05.14), with the caption: "Sun, sand and serenity - the perfect #babymoon"
The 'Supermarket Superstar' host is clearly eager to soak up as much sun as possible before becoming a mother, as she also enjoyed a trip to St. Barts in the Caribbean for a friend's wedding last month.
Stacy, who split from George Clooney last summer, recently admitted that she never thought she would get married or have children until she met Jared.
She said: "Before we met, both Jared and I had told our parents we didn't think we'd ever get married or have kids, but when you're with the right person, everything changes."
She added: "My epiphany happened shortly after Jared and I started dating and, once we both knew, we didn't hesitate -- I just knew I was ready and that there's no one else in the world I would want to do this with."
The couple tied the knot in a secret ceremony in Mexico in March and Stacy has no doubt Jared will be a good father.
She said: "Jared is the most thoughtful, loving, kind person. I couldn't ask for a better father for my children. Our bond is so strong and special and getting pregnant has made it even more so. It's been so much fun preparing to become new parents together."
