Jennifer Lopez's twins Max and Emme keep in touch with their father Marc Anthony thanks to regular Skype sessions over the internet.
The singer-and-actress split from Marc Anthony in 2011 after seven years of marriage and she admits the situation is "tough" for their four-year-old kids Max and Emme.
But the pair does their best to make the things better for the kids by using the online video chat service, so that Max and Emme can see and speak to their daddy.
Jennifer tells HELLO! magazine: "They obviously miss him but they Skype with him a lot and between here and there he tries to make time to see them.
"It's tough for all of us, but it's just the way it is - we take it day by day and so far we're getting along OK."
Jennifer, 43, is now in a relationship with Casper Smart, and she credits the twins for helping her to stay strong in the aftermath of her marriage break up.
She adds: "Your kids are the number one thing. They give you a certain strength, because when you're around them you cannot fall apart.
"You have to be a strong person when you're with them all day, and then once they fall asleep you can maybe have a little pity party for yourself. But then the next morning it's back to being, 'Everything's fine and normal.'"
