Dr. Bykov has a Ph.D. in Cognitive Behavioural Analysis alongside with Master of Siusai Numeric Psychology of International Academy of Spiritual Development and Innovative Technologies in Madrid. She also has a background in spiritual practices like Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama Breath works . Dr. Bykov lived in China, where she learned more about yoga, before moving to Tibet, an experience she says inspired her to start taking spiritual practices more seriously.
"The people in Tibet are different. Even their facial expressions are so different, calm, and vastly determined by their inner state. That was when I first realized how being energetically balanced can change the quality of your life," said Dr. Bykov.
