Channing Tatum's proudest moment was watching his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum give birth.
The 'Magic Mike XXL' star, who has two-year-old daughter Everly with his actress wife, thinks her achievements far outweigh his own.
The 35-year-old actor said: "I'm not saying I'm not proud of what I've done, [but my proudest moment] was watching my wife do something brilliant like birthing a child. Whatever she's done puts my own life into perspective. I would never be able to come close to [carrying] a child. I would tap out in our first week. Men are not capable of withstanding it!"
The first 'Magic Mike' film in 2012 was based on Channing's experience as a stripper when he was 19, but he insists he is nothing like the character he plays on screen.
He said: "It's a character I play. It's not me. And you do not want to see me do a strip show right now."
The heartthrob added he survived on "a lot of chicken and broccoli" to maintain his chiselled physique during the four months of filming, but insists he isn't obsessed with looking good and even set up a buffet with everyone's favourite cheat food to celebrate with his co-stars after filming.
He told PEOPLE: "It's my job. But if you held a gun to my head and said, 'You have to look like this forever,' I would be like, 'Look, it was a good life and I enjoyed it.' "
