Alesha Dixon has said she is finding it difficult to cope with the recording of her new album alongside being a mother to her 11-month-old daughter Azura Sienna.
The former Mis-Teeq star said: "Trying to juggle motherhood and recording is a challenge."
However, despite the struggle to record her fourth album she admitted that she is enjoying herself, stating that it is going "brilliantly."
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' judge released her third solo album 'The Entertainer' in 2010, but is now working on a follow up which she hopes will be released in 2015.
She said: "In an ideal world I'd love to have something out early next year."
Alesha - who has appeared as a judge on three series' of 'Britain's Got Talent' - has also sparked rumours that she may not feature on the ninth series of the ITV show.
When asked by FemaleFirst if she would return to the show in 2015, she suggested that she may be more focused on her upcoming album.
She said: "You'll have to wait and see [whether I will return to the show]. Right now I'm recording; I'm making a record so that's my energy and focus."
The 35-year-old is currently supporting the (Galaxy)Red campaign by promoting a chocolate bar she designed, which is raising money to prevent the spread of AIDS from mothers to babies in Africa with 5p from each pack going to The Global Fund to help towards the goal of an AIDS-free generation, www.galaxychocolate.co.uk.
