Kourtney Kardashian has lost 44 pounds over the past six months and is now back to her pre-pregnancy size following the birth of her second child in July.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star - whose sister Kim, 32, confirmed her first pregnancy this week - has revealed she has lost all of her baby weight since giving birth to her second child, daughter Penelope, last July, after adopting an intensive fitness regime.
The 33-year-old reality TV star told US Weekly magazine: "It was harder to lose weight the second time around. I gained 45 pounds with Penelope."
Kourtney - who also shares a three-year-old son Mason with long term boyfriend Scott Disick, 29, says she now weighs a trim 106 pounds.
She credits celebrity personal trainer Tracy Anderson's 90-minute dance-focused workouts and portion control for helping her to regain her pre-pregnancy figure.
But despite being thrilled with her new body, the mum-of-two insists that she wasn't obsessed with dieting and is more concerned with keeping her children happy.
She said: "This time, the focus is really on being a mom and being present, knowing my priorities."
Kourtney previously admitted to going to extremes to lose weight after her first pregnancy and even fainted due to a drastic diet she adopted to slim down quickly for a photo shoot.
She said: "I was just running down the beach like I always have been lately. And then I just woke up. I've been obsessing about this weight thing a little too much. I'm so embarrassed that I punished my body for a photo shoot."
