The glamour model Jordan has been awarded the title of Celebrity Mum of the Year today.

The star - whose real name is Katie Price - was selected by the public and managed to snatch the honour away from the likes of Jade Goody, Kate Moss and Heather Mills McCartney.

The famous mum has two boys - Harvey, four and two year old Junior.

She's quoted in the Mirror as saying:"I'm so pleased to receive this award. Harvey and Junior will be so proud of their mummy."

Past champions include Sharon Osbourne and Kerry Katona. Others put forward in the shortlist this time included Victoria Beckham, the Duchess of York and Davina McCall. Jade Goody was voted into fourth position - regardless of the huge BB race debate she has been linked with recently.

This Morning presenter Fern Brittion was the runner up in the poll, whilst Posh Spice was given the bronze.

The Duchess of York came fifth.
