Hollywood couple, Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell have announced they are expecting their first child together.

The 'True Blood' actress - who tied the knot with the 'Billy Elliot' actor in October 2012 - denied she was pregnant just two months ago but Evan has admitted she didn't know she was expecting at the time.

She tweeted: "Remember when i said, "No baby on the way here" Well, I didnt know there actually was...

"Thanks for all your warm wishes. We are very happy. I'm gonna be a mama!

"Song of the day "Sweet child of mine" #gunsandroses (sic)."

Evan, 25, and Jamie, 26, started dating after meeting on the set of Green Day's video 'Wake Me Up When September Ends' in 2005, before splitting in 2006, and then reconciling in the summer of 2011.

They then married in an intimate ceremony in California last October and took to twitter shortly after they exchanged vows to share their marital bliss.

Evan announced to her followers: "Words cannot describe the happiness I am feeling. Overwhelming.

"Thanks for all the congratulations! Many thanks to you wonderful people. :) (sic)"

Jamie tweeted: "Thank you for all the congratulations. I'm a very lucky man."

We think that the couple will make great parents! Congratulations Evan and Jamie!
