The air is crisp, the evenings are dark and Christmas lights twinkle as you make your way from one place to another.
You’re finally feeling festive. So, what could be better than too-tight boots, wet jeans and so many layers of clothing that you’re permanently stuck with your arms in the T position?
That’s right, it’s outdoor ice skating season, and if there’s one thing that you do this Christmas, make sure you visit a rink and glide (clumsily) amongst the Christmas trees and fairy lights.
Take the kids and wrap up warm, gloves, scarves, hats and dig out those thermals, you’re Grandma may wear them but warmth triumphs over fashion in times of outdoor skating.
