With the nation gearing up for what's promising to be one of the biggest Red Nose Day events of all time, Comic Relief - Face the Funny is broadcasting live this year for the first time ever from the London Palladium.
A stellar line-up of television personalities including Davina McCall, John Bishop, David Walliams, Lenny Henry and Claudia Winkleman are all on-hand to help entertain the nation throughout the night, and present the show which will see some familiar faces on-board.
Giving us a little taste of what's to come, Comic Relief have confirmed that Daniel Craig will take part in a special one-off James Bond sketch, whilst David Walliams steps back into the shoes of his Little Britain character Lou, with a special guest in the form of Professor Stephen Hawking. Catherine Tate also stars in what's sure to be an unmissable highlight.
Another sketch will see Russell Brand, Stephen Fry, David Gandy, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Miranda Hart, Sheridan Smith and The Chuckle Brothers battle it out for the title of National Treasure 2015, whilst the much-loved Dawn French returns to screens as Geraldine Granger - the nation's most-loved vicar who's campaigning for the role of Bishop against some top secret but big names.
Rowan Atkinson is reviving his character Mr Bean, bringing him back to Red Nose Day for the first time in eight years alongside actors Ben Miller and Rebecca Front.
And for the first time in Comic Relief history, four heroes are to appear live on-stage together as John Bishop, Davina McCall, David Walliams and Eddie Izzard join forces for a reinvention of the classic Monty Python 'Four Yorkshiremen' sketch.
Viewers will get to see Dermot O'Leary pushed to the limit at the culmination of his 24 hour Day of Dance, and The People's Strictly finale will take place as one of the show's everyday heroes and their professional partner is handed the iconic Glitterball trophy, presented live at The Palladium by Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.
Also starring are Doc Brown, Cardinal Burns, Trevor Noah, Mr. Khan and Jo Brand with Frank Skinner and Mary Berry in a special edition of The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice.
Short highlights are also to be shown from Peter Kay's sold-out run of Phoenix Nights Live and Sarah Millican is to make her own special appearance.
Powerful and moving short films will of course be included to show viewers just what their donations go towards, as Peter Capaldi, Olivia Colman, Idris Elba, John Bishop and Lenny Henry travel across the UK and Africa, seeing what a difference can be made.
Live musical performances will also be a part of the night, coming from Ella Henderson, Labrinth and multi-Grammy-award-winner Sam Smith.
Further announcements about what's going to be in-store for viewers is to be revealed in the build-up to the show.
