Virals are back on unrivalled form with the release of their fresh new EP 'Strange Fruit', being released by Zoo Music on the 14th January 2013.
Recorded in the summer of '12, these 4 sunshine-tinged tracks build upon the sound already forged by powerhouse Shaun Hencher (ex-Lovvers) on his previous Ep released on Sexbeat and Tough Love Records.
Wide-eyed optimism and sky-high choruses drench this EP with soaring melodies and spangly guitars. 'Strange Fruit' is a lesson in pure class song writing where lead single 'Summer Girls' makes the band's spiritual home a California holiday filmed in Super-8.
Beginning as the solo studio project back in 2011, the ex-Lovvers vocalist now with live band, spent the majority of 2012 playing shows, hitting Europe and is currently about to tour with Birmingham band PEACE.
