The Lemonheads have confirmed plans to release a new album this summer.
'Varshons' is a collection of covers, featuring guest vocals from the likes of Kate Moss and Liv Tyler.
With Butthole Surfers' Gibby Haynes as producer, frontman Evan Dando told clickmusic.com how he inspired the album: "Making a good mix is an art, and Gibby has it down. I thought it would be fun to share these songs with other people like he shared them with me. So I picked the 'greatest hits' from his mixes and covered them, along with a few other songs I always wanted to play."
