David Martz will be keeping his feet firmly on the ground after video footage of him receiving oral sex while at the controls leaked online.
The firm member of the mile-high club hit the headlines at the beginning of February when authorities demanded he land his helicopter in Glendale, California after an erratic flying session with Lee onboard.
Lee insisted his pilot was just following orders - the rocker had told him to get as close to a building fire as he could, but the incident was the beginning of the end for Martz - after TMZ obtained footage of the fun-loving pilot engaged in a sexual act while in the air.
Federal Aviation Administration officials have issued an "emergency revocation" of Martz's license. They reached the decision based on video that, "showed Martz receiving oral sex while flying his helicopter over San Diego". The pilot is appealing the decision.
