Paradox have axed musicians Kai Pasemann and Roland Jahoda, leaving them searching for a new guitarist and drummer to join the metal band.
The long-running German group has listed ads online encouraging wannabes to compete for the vacant positions.
Explaining the decision, the band reveals in a statement, "We had no choice, because we found out we have a different view on how to reach our goals."
The new bandmembers will begin work straightaway on Paradox's next studio album, which is due for release in February 2011, to coincide with the group's 25th anniversary.
