Two heavy rock fans have settled their lawsuit with the organisers of 2007's Ozzfest show in Devore, California.
Stephen Holloway and Michael McClelland were injured at the rock concert and claimed promoters and security were negligent for not providing the event with adequate security.
The two men filed their negligence and liability suit in early 2008 in Los Angeles, naming security firm Contemporary Services Corp., promoters Live Nation Worldwide Inc., and the owners of Glen Helen Pavilion, where the 2007 Ozzfest took place, as defendants.
Details of the settlement have not been disclosed.
