Mega unit-shifting Canadian rockers, Nickelback release their new single, ‘I’d Come For You’ on 23rd March. The track is taken from their current sixth album, ‘Dark Horse’ which debuted at No.4 on the UK album charts upon its release last November.

Nickelback

‘I’d Come For You’ sees the band temporarily hanging up their rocker hats for a more laid back ballad. "We're a rock band," guitarist Ryan Peake says. "We like to get heavy but we also like to write stuff that's melodic and maybe a little more mellow. It's nice to have both, and it's nice to have both accepted by the fans. There are some bands that can only put out one kind of thing, but our fans are pretty open so we don't get stuck in one place."

And Nickelback's fans are many. The band’s track record certainly highlights their stature. The group has sold almost 30 million albums globally since the 2001 breakthrough of radio favourite, "How You Remind Me" and the success of last year’s mega-hit, ‘Rockstar’ speaks for itself. The band have also been recipients of countless awards and records over the years. Most recently, they lead the nominations in the Juno Awards (Canadian Grammys) with five nods, plus are lined up to perform at the ceremony.

Frontman Chad Kroeger (vox/guitar), Ryan Peake (guitar), Mike Kroeger (bass) and Daniel Adair (drums) are also set to bring their chart-bothering tunes to the following UK cities, so be sure to grab tickets while you still can:
