Following their biggest sell out show to date at the Scala in London, Morning Parade are set to firmly place themselves on the map with the release of their long-awaited new single 'Us and Ourselves' - available on iTunes and released in a European EP package this week.
'Us and Ourselves' is a shimmering anthem of widescreen proportions.
Building to an impassioned, life-afirming climax, lead singer Steve Sparrow's vocal evokes an uplifting sense of intoxicating nostalgia bolstered by soaring guitars gleaming with atmospheric intensity.
'Us and Ourselves' is a blistering statement of intent from the hotly tipped Parlophone newcomers.
The European EP package, the second that Morning Parade have released, will feature 'Us and Ourselves' alongside new songs 'Youth' and Close to Your Heart' plus a live version of 'Under the Stars', performed at Amsterdam's Paradiso.
The band just toured with The Wombats this week, supporting them on their UK tour, which kicked off with a show at Brixton Academy in September.
The band are about to tour Europe with The Kooks and play the Les Inrocks tour of France before embarking on their own UK headline tour starting in Glasgow at King Tuts on 21st November before taking in Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, Southampton and finally Manchester.
Since causing waves of excitement with the release of their limited edition single 'Under the Stars' in November 2010, the band have toured with the likes of 30 Seconds to Mars and The Wombats, supported Biffy Clyro at Ibiza Rocks and shared a stage with Coldplay at Rock am Ring.
They have just put the finishing touches to their phenomenal sounding debut album, produced by David Kosten and due for release at the start of 2012.
