What happens when AC/DC decide to put a couple of tickets on the market for their upcoming tour? Well, there’s a flood of eager Aussie’s rushing for tickets, obviously.
In fact, more than two per cent of Australians will see rockers AC/DC in concert next year after over half a million Aussies bought tickets to see the band in concert during a flood of sales on Monday.
The 11 gigs made history - agency Ticketek reported 3,400 tickets were being sold per minute at the height of sales. Vendors reported they had never sold so many tickets in one day.
