You might remember this beautiful lady from ‘The X Factor’ and here we see her talents haven’t gone to waste with her first single, ‘Lighthouse’.

Since leaving the show, Lucy has been very busy and has recently been signed to record label, Columbia. She is currently on her very first tour and has officially announced she will be playing on the Futures stage at VFest. And with the upcoming release of her debt single (out 30^th June) we have high hopes for this Sheffield girl.

This is everything and more I expected from the talented, Lucy Spraggan. This is a beautiful stripped-back, acoustic track – which is why we all fell in love with her in the first place when she timidly walked out on ‘The X Factor’ stage in front of Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh to perform her original track, ‘Last Night’.

Lucy Spraggan has potential to be a huge star! Her vocals are sweet and gentle as she sings lyrics that she has written herself. Lucy is no one hit pony and she demonstrates on this track that she can sing, play the guitar and write her own music. Lucy is overflowing with talent and it’s clear here that she was born to be a star!

What I like about this track is that it starts off slowly and picks up around the chorus. It’s a fun tune that you will be singing all day long! It has a beautiful tone and shows her raw talents, however this tracks makes us anticipate more from her. We know there is much more from this talented lady. We can’t wait to see what she does next!

Watch out for this one! Lucy will not be forgotten easily!
