Britney Spears' new album is called 'Britney Jean'.
The singer whose full name is Britney Jean Spears - has named her eighth album after the nickname her family use for her.
She told UK radio station Capital FM: "It's a personal album, and all my family, they always call me Britney Jean. It's like a term of endearment, and I just wanted to share that with my fans".
The name comes from her birth name, Britney Jean Spears.
Britney worked with producer and Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am on 'Work Bitch' but he claims the rest of the record has a different sound.
He said: "The song is a reflection of Britney more so than the album. We felt that song needed to come out to keep the foundation on what Britney represents.
"'Work Bitch' shouldn't reflect the album - an album is a body of work as a collective. If we had to pick a song like, 'Oh, what song fits every colour of the record', you shouldn't do that ... We felt that song represents that Britney oomph."
Britney has co-written all of the tracks on the record and working with Sia, Naughty Boy and William Orbit.
Speaking of her collaboration with William, she said: "He's from London and he's spectacular. I did this song with him called 'Aliens' ... It's really great."
Britney teamed with the producer - best known for his work with Madonna and All Saints - for her last album, 'Femme Fatale', in 2011, but his songs were discarded at the last minute.
'Britney Jean' will be released on December 3.
