Alice Rose takes influence from the live techno and house scene in Cologne, experimenting through instrumentation and gadgetry to create a unique sound.
Her vocals are pleasant on the ears, impressive but not too overbearing on tracks that switch from intimate to frantic, slow to fast paced, electronic to acoustic.
'Mistakes' is a beautifully sang track, and a look at life and how nobody's completely perfect.
The innocence of this rising star is apparant throughout this collection of songs, and that's what makes her so likeable.
A little 'fluffy' around the edges, but definitely someone to keep an eye on.
