Michael Jackson’s brand new song received its first batch of airplay yesterday but whilst we’re still learning the words via the joys of YouTube, we want to know what you think of it?
The single, This Is It was the final track the star recorded before he passed away, and looks set to go down in chart history when it is released, but will it be for all the right reasons? Do you think it would have done quite as well had the star still been alive?
Personally I never really bought many MJ albums when I was younger, but since his death, I have a new enthusiasm for his music, and I completely understand why so many people around the world adore him.
This single is a wonderfully jazzy 3.45min track and whilst it doesn’t warrant any Thriller-esque dancing, it is moving and passionate and makes you realise just how immensely talented this man was, regardless of what people might have thought about him.
The single, will tie in with the release of the Michael Jackson's This Is It movie, which will be out in cinemas for two weeks only from 28 October. And whilst we love it and want to hear even more unreleased material, the question is, do you, the fans love it? And will you be heading to your local Odeon on the 28th?
