Love Story is the debut single from the quite amazing country singer Taylor Swift - who I’d never actually heard sing until I saw her with her celeb best mate Miley Cyrus at the Grammy Awards.

With a voice that sounds not dissimilar to Vanessa Carlton, the song is a great tale of, well, a Love Story… don’t you just love it when something does exactly what it says on the tin.
At only 19 years old, you wouldn’t readily expect such a heartfelt song from someone of her age, not to be patronising, but because you expect young girls to write more ‘teenage issues’ angst lyrics; take Miley Cryus’ Seven Things I Hate About You for example.
Taylor’s song writing is just exquisite and is the perfect soundtrack to the summer night’s with a loved one we’re all looking forward to now that the days are getting longer and the nights a little warmer.
With this, her debut, being a perfect pop song with just the right amount of country class, I can’t wait to see what she has in store with her debut album, Fearless out March 9). This girl has everything a 19 year old girl longs for… I can see her going far in the UK charts.
