Despite the fact that the press release I get explaining the song is actually talking about the whole album I think that I've only been sent the single, so you'll have to bear with me here as, I'm almost immediately utterly confused as to what exactly I'm listening to, and have to rely heavily on Google to help me through the whole debacle.
I assume the first song (there are 10 tracks on this CD and 13 on the record.) is the original version of single Give It To Me, featuring Dyanna Fearon and that the rest of the CD is made up of the various remix's that every single seems to be spearheading at the moment.
I've got to say, I'm glad this single isn't really any good, because I wouldn't know what to say about each track, seeing as though I don't actually know what they are. But for the most part, I can deliver quite conscientiously that this is overall a completely uninspiring load of synth-based music that makes me feel like a robot.
It would be great for singing karaoke to, or to have on in the background of one of those Britain's Next Top Model catwalk type programmes, but what it's actual purpose in the music industry is I really do not know.
I mean, I'm all for ‘experimental' chilled-out type music, but I can't chill when I don't even have a clue what it is I'm chilling to really. For an eager DJ, this track is a great playground, but for someone trying to see through the working day; this won't be appearing on the FemaleFirst track listing anytime soon.
